About Silveroads
These terms apply to purchases from Silveroads. Contact support@silveroads.com for product and order enquiries.
Digital products
Product pages describe the supplied files, formats, software requirements, price and licence. No physical item, software subscription or personalised service is included unless the listing explicitly says so. Check these details before ordering.
Orders, prices and payments
Review the products, billing details, total price and currency before placing an order. Our listed prices are the final product prices: we do not add tax on top at checkout. Any applicable tax we collect is included in those prices. Our UK and global prices are separately fixed in GBP and USD; they are not a promise of a particular exchange rate. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees.
Each order is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal or subscription. Download access follows confirmed payment, as described in our digital delivery guide.
Cancellations and refunds
See our refund policy for cancellations, faulty files, delivery problems and duplicate orders. Our current checkout does not collect a waiver of statutory digital-content cancellation rights. Downloading alone does not remove those rights.
Permitted use
Use the files within the product licence. The Creator Collection permits personal and own-business use, with specified client-use permissions. It does not permit resale or redistribution of blank templates and editable source files.
Accurate expectations
These resources support planning and creative work. Results depend on your choices, software and circumstances. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, income or other business outcomes. Fictional completed examples illustrate how to use the files; they are not testimonials or promises of results.
Third-party tools
Named software and services belong to their respective providers. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for any required software access and for using content you have permission to publish.
Privacy and mandatory rights
Our privacy policy explains how information is used to operate the store. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
The terms in force when you place an order apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Later updates apply to future orders.
