Digital delivery

Silveroads products are downloadable digital files. Nothing is physically shipped and no postal delivery charge applies.

When you receive your files

Download access is released after payment is confirmed. A pending, failed or cancelled payment does not provide new download access. Your order confirmation provides the download information; if you use a store account, available downloads can also be found in My account.

Download limits

The current Creator Collection packs allow five downloads per purchased file, with no scheduled expiry. A cancelled and refunded purchase may have its download access withdrawn. If you reach the limit or a download fails, email support@silveroads.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Save and open your purchase

Save a personal backup and extract ZIP archives before opening the files. Read the included START-HERE guide. Product pages explain the supplied formats and software requirements. Software subscriptions are not included. Compatibility with apps not listed as tested is not guaranteed.

Delivery problems

Check the email address on your order and your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access the purchase, contact support with the order number, product name and the error you see. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

We will investigate and help restore or replace access where appropriate. Your rights under our refund policy and applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
