1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Silveroads website, store and digital products. Silveroads is the trading name used for this store. You can contact us at support@silveroads.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the store. If you place an order for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The product

Silveroads Growth Pack - Cleaning Businesses is downloadable digital content for domestic and end-of-tenancy cleaning businesses. Package options contain 1, 3, 6 or 12 complete internal month modules.

The complete selected pack is delivered after successful payment. A pack is not a subscription, does not renew automatically and does not include a promise of future monthly files.

3. Product information and compatibility

The product page describes the files supplied and the software commonly used to open or edit them. Packs may contain ZIP archives, editable spreadsheet or presentation files, images and written guides.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, ZIP extraction software and compatible spreadsheet or presentation software. Importing files into Google Sheets, Google Slides or other third-party software may cause small formatting changes.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected by Shopify Markets for your location. Any applicable taxes are shown or calculated at checkout. There are no physical shipping charges.

5. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when Shopify confirms successful payment and we make the digital content available. We may cancel or review an order where payment is not authorised, the order appears fraudulent, a technical pricing error occurred or applicable law prevents fulfilment.

6. Digital delivery

Delivery is normally automatic through Shopify's digital-delivery system. Download links may be protected by reasonable access and download limits. If a legitimate buyer reaches a limit or does not receive access, contact support and we will verify the order and assist.

7. Immediate access and cancellation

Where required by law, checkout asks you to request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind cancellations, delivery failures and remedies for faulty or misdescribed content.

8. Single-business licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one cleaning business to use and adapt the supplied materials for its own marketing and internal planning.

You may edit the workbooks, presentations and visual templates for that business. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publicly share, upload to a template marketplace or provide the source files to another business. Separate businesses require separate licences.

9. Responsible personalisation

You must review and personalise materials before publishing them. Replace bracketed placeholders and confirm service areas, prices, availability, offer terms, contact details and claims.

Illustrative images are not evidence of your premises, staff, customers, jobs or results. Do not present generated or illustrative content as a real customer job. Use your own job photographs and evidence where appropriate.

10. No guaranteed outcomes

The packs provide planning tools and marketing ideas. We do not guarantee search rankings, profile visibility, leads, enquiries, bookings, revenue, review outcomes or any other business result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, execution, competition, platform changes and the accuracy of the information you publish.

11. Intellectual property

Silveroads and its licensors retain ownership of the product design, source materials, trademarks and other intellectual property. Your licence is limited to the permitted use described above.

12. Third-party platforms

References to Google, Shopify, Microsoft, Meta or other platforms do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may change. You are responsible for complying with their current terms and policies.

13. Availability and support

We take reasonable care to keep downloads available and files usable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. If a delivery problem is caused by Silveroads, we will take reasonable steps to restore or replace access.

14. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Silveroads is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by content you publish without checking and personalising it.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future orders when the product, store or applicable requirements change. The terms in force when you order apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
