Digital products

Silveroads sells downloadable digital growth packs. Nothing is physically shipped. Each order is a one-time purchase and the complete pack selected at checkout is made available after successful payment.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Where applicable law provides a cancellation period for digital content, you may cancel before supply of the digital content begins.

When immediate access is requested, we may ask you to expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and to acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. After the download or access process begins, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available to the extent permitted by law.

If the legally required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed content

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights. If the files are faulty, materially not as described, or cannot be accessed because of a Silveroads delivery failure, contact us so we can investigate.

We will first try to restore access, replace a corrupted file or provide another appropriate remedy. Where applicable law requires a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, we will provide that remedy.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally place and pay for the same order more than once, contact us promptly. We will review the transaction records and refund a genuine duplicate where appropriate.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@silveroads.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after approval are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.

Licence misuse

Unauthorised sharing, resale or redistribution may result in access being restricted. This does not remove any statutory remedy that applies to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
