Silveroads products are downloadable digital files. Please check the contents, file formats, software requirements and licence before ordering.

Change-of-mind cancellations

Where applicable consumer law gives you a cancellation period, you may cancel within that period. For UK consumers with a statutory 14-day cancellation right, our current checkout does not ask you to waive that right. Receiving or downloading your files alone does not remove it.

To cancel, email support@silveroads.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your order number and the email address used for the order. No special wording is required. We will honour applicable cancellation rights and refund within the deadline required by law.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed files

If a file is faulty, materially different from its description, or inaccessible because of a Silveroads delivery problem, contact us with the product name and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as required by applicable law.

Duplicate orders

If you accidentally pay for the same order more than once, contact us promptly. We will review the transaction records and refund a genuine duplicate where appropriate.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time before the money appears in your account depends on the payment provider and your financial institution. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details to support.

Use after cancellation

If your whole purchase is cancelled and refunded, stop using the supplied files and delete your copies. Download access for that purchase may be withdrawn. This does not restrict any statutory remedy or refund right.

Your rights

This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. Where no statutory cancellation right applies, change-of-mind requests are assessed individually. There is no automatic subscription to cancel.
