They are digital files for a one-time purchase. No physical product, automatic renewal or software subscription is included.

Yes. The free weekly sample contains a blank fillable weekly page and a fictional completed example. No email, account or purchase is needed. It is a sample of the planner, not the full pack.

Use desktop Excel for the .xlsx workbooks and desktop PowerPoint for the .pptx social templates. Those files were opened, edited, saved and reopened in the Windows desktop applications. Use a PDF reader for guides and a reader that supports form fields for the fillable worksheets. Software access is separate from your purchase.

No Canva or Notion template link is supplied. Google Sheets and Canva imports have not been verified, so do not buy on the assumption that every formula or layout will survive an import. The intended editors are Excel and PowerPoint.

You can view PDFs in a suitable reader, but editing workbooks and social layouts is best done on a computer using the intended desktop apps. Mobile and tablet editors have not been verified. Try saving and reopening the free PDF sample on your device first.

Download it first and open a working copy in a PDF reader that supports form fields. Type short notes in the white fields, tick any checkboxes, save, close and reopen to confirm your entries remain. Some browser viewers and note-taking apps handle forms differently. Long text hidden inside a scrolling field may not appear when printed.

No. They are separate files. Enter your own plans and measured results; the Excel workbooks calculate the totals described in their guides. PDF totals are manual. The files do not connect to social accounts, publish content, send client messages or run advertising.

Extract the ZIP, read START-HERE and open the PowerPoint decks. Install the included licensed fonts if needed, replace the bracketed placeholders with your own words and adjust the text to fit. Export finished slides as images using PowerPoint. The guide explains the workflow; there is no Canva link.

The full Weekly Planner includes separate A4 and US Letter printable PDFs. Select the matching paper size and landscape orientation. The free sample can be printed in landscape with Fit to page. Printing is optional and at your own cost; colours and margins depend on your printer.

See help with a previous order to recover your original files. Previous-store accounts and orders do not automatically appear in your new My Account page. You do not need to buy the pack again.

After payment is confirmed, use the download link provided with the order. If you used an account, check its Downloads section too. Save the ZIP, extract it to a folder on your computer, then open START-HERE and the included guide. Keep an untouched master and edit copies. See the download guide.

Make sure the download finished and the ZIP has been extracted. Open the individual PDF, .xlsx or .pptx in the appropriate app, rather than editing inside the ZIP. If a PDF loses your entries, try a reader supporting standard PDF forms and test save/reopen again. If you still need help, send the product name, order number, app and version, plus the error message to support.

The Creator Collection licence allows personal use and use in your own business. You may make finished, flattened social posts for clients and share completed project briefs and handoff documents with the client they concern. Do not resell or share the blank templates or editable source files. Read LICENSE.txt inside your pack for the full terms.
